Samsung issues public apology for Note 7 debacle

Samsung Mobile President Koh Dong-Jin on Thursday released a public apology to its users for the Galaxy Note 7 debacle. He pledged "to restore the trust of consumers so that they can use Samsung products without any safety concerns." The South Korean company has completely stopped production of its Note 7 smartphones and issued a global recall.
