Airtel launches 100 Mbps broadband service

Bharti Airtel on Thursday launched its 'V-Fiber' technology in Chennai, offering broadband speeds of up to 100 Mbps. The service will roll out in 87 more cities in the coming weeks. Existing Airtel broadband customers will be able to upgrade to V-Fiber without extra monthly charges, while new fixed line customers will get a free trial for three months.
